All of the products that you order from us are unique and produced only when ordered.  This means that we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Mailia Cat Creations offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team via one of the methods listed in contact us and provide a clear photo showing the issue.  If there is more than one product

featuring the same design, please send a photo or video showing all of them together.
